At Dayloom, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Product should not be damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers (if applicable)

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos or an unboxing video.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be sent to the original payment method or store-approved method

Exchange Policy

We allow exchange for size issues or damaged products, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
